Must be put up with tape, because if you use thumbtacks, they tear the plastic and ruin it (found out the hard way). I wasn't able to put it up without help and that is why it tore. Even after I tried tape, it tore if I had to adjust it. It comes in two pieces and you have to match them up. If you have to adjust after you have the tape on (had to put on front to see where it matched up), the color comes off of the picture. The snowflakes are plain cardboard and came slightly warped and I wasn't able to hang some of them flush with the wall. They are very plain. The picture makes it look very cute. It is definitely a one time deal. Won't be able to use it again. Sorry, but I can't give it a better review. by 2 of us. Finally took down the day after Christmas, with creases still very apparent, I know it was cheap, but it was disappointed children. Picture was lovely.
